Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
No, you do not need to be home. Our meals are delivered in insulated packaging with dry ice or gel packs to ensure they stay frozen until you can transfer them to your freezer later that evening.
Can I skip or cancel my subscription at any time?
Absolutely. You have full control over your subscription through your customer portal. You can skip a delivery, swap your meal selections, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle.
How long can the meals stay in my freezer?
For optimal taste and quality, we recommend consuming your Beehive Meals within 3 to 6 months of delivery, though they remain safe to eat as long as they stay continuously frozen.
