Due to the perishable nature of our freezer meals, we are unable to accept physical returns once the food has left our temperature-controlled facility. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution.
Return Process

If you notice damage or a missing item, take clear photos of the packaging and the contents to help our team process your claim efficiently.

Email our customer service team with your order number and photos; we will review your request for a refund or credit within 24 business hours.
- 4.Proper Disposal
If a replacement or credit is issued for a damaged item, please dispose of the product according to local food safety guidelines rather than returning it to us.
